We at BE Components, believe that you as our customer have ordered the items
with enthusiasm and an urgent requirement.
We try to ship all orders received by 11 AM Indian Standard Time, on the same day.
For ensuring a really quick delivery (i.e. the time in which the order reaches your
doorstep), we ship your order only through trustworthy and highly reputable courier
services like FedEx, Delhivery, ECom Express. We utilize ShipRocket as our service
integrator.
Our warehouse is located at Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110059.
We charge Rs 50 plus taxes (18% GST) for orders subtotal below Rs 1000 and
provide free shipping on orders with a subtotal above Rs 1000.
We may at a few times be limited by technical and stock issues (based on product
specification or ready availability), and have to fulfill your order partially. In such rare
scenarios, we shall inform you of the same before dispatching the order.
In case you think that the condition of the parcel is not proper, or have any doubts
regarding it being tampered with or damaged, kindly contact us through the support

For tracking the shipment status of your order, you may either use the ‘Track your
Order’ section of our website or click on the mail confirmation you received from us
with the Tracking Information.
